Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Im sorry for my actions and dont want to be pkd, ill return the 30k.

Why should you be unbanned? Because Im willing to return the money and dont want my character pkd.

After speaking to the affected party, the following solution was decided:

They stated that they already made the debt up and are no longer worried about the money. They stated that if you had not bailed and you had made the solid attempt, they were all armed and ready to kill you for trying to scam. As the amount is so high, he requested to PK your character.

The solution is as follows: Your character of Maurice Leach will be PK'd with no further action taken.

If you feel this decision was made poorly, you may make a staff report on me if necessary.

Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied.
While you did apologize, you have seemed to fail to understand the rules. You have many previous bans regarding LTAP/LTARP, and you should know these rules now. Your character will NOT be PKed due to the fact that the staff member failed to contact an admin about the situation as he is a moderator. Consider yourself lucky for receiving an extremely light punishment. Please re-read the rules.

We have determined this ban to be reasonable and/or justified.
