Reason for PKied in Mugging

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: The admin interfered with the RP when he told me to "untie the player while we figure this out" and to "let him eat," because the player had been afk for at least 5 minutes, and then the admin did not put him back into restraints. No less than 5 minutes later the player was allowed to take out a bat and kill us. The restraints would not have been removed had it not been for the admin. The admin and player were actively engaging in discord chats, which was stated by the player, who confirmed that there were moments he went afk in order to message the admin about IC matters. The admin and player typed all of their wrongdoings out and didn't use their mics, so you can check the logs around 12 AM 12/9/2023 for this conversation and confirm the validity of my accusation.

Hello, I am the admin who approved this PK. A ticket was made about a failed mug, I brought the guy to a sit and asked if he had any evidence and noticed he was in cuffs so I quickly told him to send evidence of the failed mug on either pm or Discord. You then made a ticket about him being AFK, and I said I would deal with it, I noticed he was dying from bleeding/starvation and you then told me later your friend accidentally shot him when tabbing back into the game. I informed you to untie him so you can keep him from not dying, otherwise if he died you would have just made another sit so I stopped it as quickly as possible so you guys could conclude your RP, I informed him the mugging was valid and to continue your guys Roleplay. It was then up to you to decide what you wanted to do I'm not going tell you to tie the guy back up that's up to you. You argued you didn't have any restraints yet never thought of the other alternatives, bringing an extra pair/ holding him under fearp while your buddies go get extra restraints. Instead you decided to go AFK/ didn't have any guns pointed at the guy, he took his chance and killed you with a bat alongside your other accomplice. With what you are saying with the discord IC, as a staff member discord DMs are used to provide evidence like I said before.

I also thought this would be a kidnapping, and I explained that. It was explained that the player was put into restraints so that is why Shittor ruled it a mugging. Also, prior to this clip the player had been afk for over a minute after several successions of him being afk for 5 mins+, and it was thought that the player was LTARPing, so we did not continue the roleplay.

It was ruled a mugging once you took items from his inventory and used the rob clothes option, tying up isn't always a mugging.

It was stated multiple times before the RP, when I spoke to an admin named yuki I believe, during the RP to the player, and after the RP to the admin Shittor, that there was no intent to mug anyone, and that the grabbing of the clothes was a complete misclick. I put his clothes back into his inventory and he still has those same clothes. Nothing was taken.

So we've made the decision to reverse the PK. The situation seems to be particularly confusing whilst there was intervention from staff that messed with the RP scenario. Your character should be ready to play again, but if not and you have any issues - give me a shout.
