What is your motivation/reason for applying?: 
The motivation/reason why I would like to apply is because I enjoy my time on the server. I feel like I should be doing more for the server by helping out the community by being a moderator, making sure everyone is enjoying there time on the server. I like helping others and I want to make a better face out of myself by showing that I really care for this community and I will take every opportunity to help someone. I'm online most of the time when most of the staff team isn't and I think with this. I can handle a lot of tickets when the server is up during irregular hours. Pizzle was the first staff member I interacted with and he was absolutely amazing and helpful when he was assisting me.

Why should you be considered over other candidates?: 
 I think I should be accepted over other candidates is because I don't stop. I'm always eager to learn something new and help a community that I enjoy being part of. I just want to be part of something bigger and help in anyway that I can to be part of that. I may know the commands for nutscript and SAM but I will learn along the way if I am accepted. I am active duty military and do have Soldiers underneath me so I do have experience with leading and training under my belt.

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:
 I wouldn't say that I am well know part of this community. I have just been doing small things doing my job with some friends. But I know being part of the staff team will help me be recognized being a well known member part of this community. I will take this position serious and will not abuse any power that is given to me. It is my duty to make friends within the community and help get my name around.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would either go on duty or just run up to the guy that RDM'd and question what his reasoning was for RDMing and handle the situation accordingly

You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would easily report that to someone higher up or someone that I trust within the staff ranks to report that staff member.

A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: Regardless of rank and if I know the person. They will be handled accordingly without any exceptions  and will be treated like any other player that was RDMing or minging.

I am going to have to agree with Kyle Two days of playtime is very low however I will give you a chance to explain yourself and I want you to tell me How this low playtime will not affect your decision-making/ Overall staffing abilities. Players have lots of questions about things the reason playtime is so important is you may need to help someone with a question who has been here for months. If you give me a good reason why this won't affect your staffing duties then I will change my Rating.

I'm not big into responding to applications since most players I have played with see it as trying to start an argument but that is the last thing I would like to do. I do see that 2 days is a low amount of time to apply for a staff position. I have been playing pretty consistently and slowly making my time go up on the server. However, my time on the server has no AFK hours but strictly playing time. If accepted, I will still take this position with all hopes doing what I am tasked out too and keep the server user friendly.
