Why should they be returned?: its been many months since, was a new player at the time and didn't really understand the consequences behind my actions, i'm now well versed and would really like to spawn in dupes to help my fam out.

i know this guy personally and i was in his ear telling him to appeal his pet flags for a while, he means well and is a very active member of the community in and out of his own faction and tries his best to not get into staff troubles,

if this is accepted im certain he will not make the same mistake again
