What is your motivation/reason for applying?: My motivation is that im dedicated to this server and ive been playing it for some time now too... I used to be staff back in the day, and i just miss helping the server/community out for the better. I find im on quite a bit due to my relaxed work schedule. I miss helping new player and and giving help when its needed. I find im on at time when not too many people are so that helps too.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I feel i should be considered because of my past staffing experience. Ive staffed for diverge in the past. Im familiar with all the rules, and commands to do as staff. Im very active on the server so being able to staff for multiple hours a day would be beneficial.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I do, i was administrator for a reallyt old SantosRP community that is no longer around (Defconnations). I staffed there for a few months before i had left due to school. I have also staffed here, at diverge networks in the past. I did that for a few months aswell and it was great. I just got busy with work which was the struggle.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I believe i have in the past.. If i were top guess why probably RDM or VDM. im not sure its been a while.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: Id say im more respected by people than hated. i have the people i work with, and id like to think they think of me as a hard, dedicated worker.
What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: My favorite moment would have to be some of the events that got hosted in the past.. Ive been around the community for a bit now, and i have made some pretty funny memorys along the way. Majority of them are clipped and saved which is even better haha. But theres been PD vs Gang events that have happend. And those are a ton of fun for both partys which is the best part.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Clip it, and make a ticket.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would first try to ask the staff to stop. IF that doesnt work, then id try and gather evidence by clipping it or taking screenshots. Then id proceed to make a report agianst the staff member and let the higher ups deal with it.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would not take the ticket if my Faction/Friend is invovled most likely. If they are in serious need, i will be as professional as i can be, and not use any bias in any situation.
