Reason for appeal (dispute/apology):not sure why i was banned for this. i got arrested ingame, while i was arrested my family irl was hosting a party to which i was in the middle of somewhat attending during my arrest my family needed my help getting the food ready for everybody i tried to help them as quickly as possible for the reason that i was arrested. i was told by a nypd lieutenant that if you go afk in the cell that that person locked up has 30 min to return or they would be auto plead guilty. 

Why should you be unbanned? i get that i have extensive pos, but this was something i couldnt control

You were in the cells being arrested for spitting on a cop. After a debate about the spitting thing the lawyer representing you left. Then the cop dealing with your arrest got a new one in. After some time of you not being responsive he made a ticket. I took the ticket and tried to talk to you, but you didn't respond. Then after looking into your note/ban history you have quite a few LTARP bans, which really shows to me that you weren't taking this seriously.

You have 3 previous LTARP / LTAP bans and should know at the very minimum to use /looc to let the cop know you're going afk, or to agree to an auto plea.

You appealed TWO previous LTARP bans and they were both accepted and reduced. On the last appeal I told you I'd deny your future appeals, no fourth chances.
