You should make it so where you can Apply for Pet flags, most people would love this so much.

I think this could be implemented and would work very well and if anyone abuses it. It wouldn't be hard to find out who and easily remove them from it. Feel like this could really improve roleplay a lot and I know a lot of people would appreciate the ability to do this. +1

Unfortunately PET flags will be remaining Donator/Faction Leader exclusive. A lot of damage can be done with them, and by keeping them restricted to donator/FL, although not eliminating the risk completely, definitely minimisies it as people have something to lose.
