Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): my friend pulled out and hit a cop accidently, the cop then chased him and i followed too observe the situation, i saw the cop talking too him and thinking that he was getting arrested i decided too help an ally of my family by disarming the cop too get him free, not meaning too kill him, another cop car immediately  pulled up apparently using the "radio" (discord e.g metagame) i escaped from the scence accepting if i was killed i would have been pk'd. however i wasnt i escaped and then when i tabbed back in i was banned for "RDM" without a staff sit. apparently this is against traffic laws or something along those lines, which i was not aware of and have never seen enforced. however it was not a traffic stop my friend committed a crime and i was making sure he did not go too prison.

Why should you be unbanned? the police admitted they meta gamed to help the cop i killed out, Nathanial barnes attempted too kill me failed too do so and because of this switched too his staff character and banned me,he also said he was not on the scene which he was you can check damage logs to prove this. i was not aware of this traffic law but apparently that is in a traffic stop not an arrest which the situation was.

You were banned for RDM and Fail RP, 

 You shot and killed a officer on a traffic stop, which is a violation of server rules.
All of your statements about the situation being metagame is incorrect. As the Discord is owned by Diverge Networks and has the radio channels classified as "[IC]" which means everything said in it in character. You knocked the cop out, then he called for backup before you finished him off. However that doesn't matter to the situation where you broke server rules and RDM'd someone for doing a simple traffic stop.

Vehicle Rules:
#1 Traffic laws are enforced by the NYPD. Being pulled over for ticket is not a valid reason to shoot and kill cops.

It was a voice channel, he didn't need to type. You can clearly hear the push to talk sound before he dies.

I was wrong about it not being metagame to call for help while knocked, therefore it was metagame. 

However, the fact you broke the rule regarding the traffic stop still stands.

u do realize it wasn't a traffic stop I committed a crime I was doing reckless driving because I pulled out in front of the cop and caused a crash which then resulted in me getting pulled over then he killed said officer to help me then said officer meta gamed when being dead they u arrived on scene and shot at blacksmith then u banned him so u accepted ur own ticket banned him without reason because it wasn't a traffic stop I also have multiple proof of you fitz refusing to PK a kid because he was autistic and also banning someone who did nothing when u should have banned the MassRDMer
