Why should you be unbanned? I do not even believe I was on during the 23rd, nor was I messaged over discord my side whilst I was offline. The staff member who claims 'I should know better' implies that he knows who I am. If a staff member where to offline ban someone instead of bringing them to a sit he/she should reach out to said player. Its common knowledge to get both sides of the story whilst in a staff situation. The staff member failed to listen, or event attempt to get my side of the story.

Dude pointed me out in the crowd as the man who blew up the car, his intention was to rat me out, so I shot him dead (NLR killed him) to prevent any further IC damage ( AKa him ratting me out to the cops or other people)

You're twisting the situation to make it sound like he was ratting you out, but he didn't do anything besides saying you blew up his car. You should always be careful of what you are doing in game, and not just kill everybody who sees you do a crime.
