Reason for PK: If they have left the gang/family without approval from the leader they may be subject to a PK.

Why should you be unPK'd?:Ok so like I did have permission to leave the faction. As seen from the image/video I just posted I have proof from the Lucchese Don. I would also like to request that I get my gun back that I lost.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

You were a made member in the faction who somehow found out that someone was looking to make an attempt on your life. After that you messaged me for permission to leave the faction which obviously can't happen seeing as mafia tradition doesn't allow it's made members to retire and I only told you yes in the image to ensure that you wouldn't go into hiding or seek safety from law enforcement.

That doesnt matter you still gave me permission? discord is OOC not IC. All I was doing is following PK Guildelines

Some things in Discord when spoken about in an IC context are considered IC as per the Meta Rules.

Regardless by your own logic if that Discord message is considered OOC then your character wouldn't have acted on the information given now knowing he was safely able to leave the family.
