Reason for PK: Don/Underboss's Orders

Why should you be unPK'd?: I should be PKed for the following reason. My game had fully crashed and I couldn't do a thing.
I had PMed two members that I had crashed due to lag. I load the game up to learn i had been PKed whilst crashed.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: I do not have direct proof. Only screenshots of dms before the PK happened.
