Time to Bring Back Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives

Now that there have been more restrictive firearms legislation put into place on the server, It's time to bring back the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. The ATF has four offices located in New York City, so in role play it makes sense to have a faction. The primary obligations of the ATF include but are not constrained to investigation and aversion of federal offenses involving the unlawful use, manufacture, and possession of firearms and explosives,  arson, and bombings. If you have been on the server long enough you have witnessed all of these malefactions. I have witnessed in the different Law Enforcement Agencies, that members have become complacent. Complacency leads to members being lackadaisical and solvent. The end result is members who don't care about their job, leading to a worse role play experience. Having another Law Enforcement agency would not only increase the competition between different agencies but would make the server more authentic as a result.

I understand where you are emanating from. I wasn't meaning an astronomically immense scale task force, only a cull few agents (Ten would be preferred) The Police Department has multiple duties, Having a diminutive ATF faction would lower the workload and give more incipient members something to aspire toward.

All of these police subdivisions are very unnecessary when FBI/PD can already handle everything thrown at them. Personally, I see absolutely no reason to consider adding another Law Enforcement faction.

This is the worse idea I ever heard, bringing back a Law Enforcement Agency that already was on the server and was shown to be useless, and to the point where we don't need any more feds in the city anyway because they just end up hiring retards anyway. I say the PDs detectives and the FBI Firearms division can take point on certain issues.
