wrongfully banned without proof

Why should you be unbanned? I was walking up to my friend allie that I was in a call with, and 2 italians started being rude to me, where I started being rude back. Not doing anything, then they started to punch me etc, then they killed me and I got brought to a sit. The two italians was talking the whole time while chubbs just sits quite the whole time, then bans me for RDM. After I dm him on discord he said he read wrongs long, but then he said I was minging, I asked for proof and he was not givin any. He said he assumed i was minging due to my PO, which is understandable however they was from a while ago.

So lets summarize my situation

* I got brought to a sit for without getting a chance to talk
* They had no proof and still banned me
* Chubbs said he had no proof and assumed I was minging

Not to mention, someone said I was going to prop kill, when I did not even have pet flags. How could I prop kill. Thats like me saying I am going to rdm you then getting banned for it. I never even said it. No proof what so ever

The second i checked your warnings / notes i can already see the story. The story brought up by the 2 Itlians was, You came up to them and started harrasing them. You also threated them with prop killing. From there they had enough of you and killed you, Where you made an RDM Ticket. When they finished their story i moved onto to you expecting to hear a story from you, there was nothing but silience and a spam of the Yava Cig, I do agree i am in the wrong as i should have alerted you for your story but i was sure at the time that you noticed that the other party stopped talking and everyone was looking at you. The RDM Part of the Ban got taken off as i read the log wrong with the names, whitch i proceeded to recheck and remove the second you mentioned it. Apart from that it was extremely clear that you were minging and fucking around espcially after checking your PO. It dosent matter if the PO are from a year back or a month back i know nothing about you and thoses notes can set a foundation on who i can expect you to be. And thoses Notes perfectly matched the desciption of a minge in that situation.

Maybe I am wrong, but as a staff member you are supposed to get proof. banning someone from a game that they play on a daily is not something to fuck up. You can't just ban someone without proof. For example, the amount of faction leaders that have more warns then me will not get banned

Indeed staff do need to get proof, That is what i agree on what i should have done. The only reason i did not do it is due to the clear warning signs that were poping up straight away. You were a white shirt. Spamming a Yava Cig. Pissing People Off. And most of you warns are on Minging. Its just a clear sign.
