Why should you be unPK'd?: I only held up my fists to him and never hit him or nothing just held my fists up well he talked shit I didn't even say a word to him

The video linked was a spectation by an Admin of the PK after it had been approved. The reason for your PK was that the leader (or don) of your faction ordered your killing because you had made several mistakes during the day to day operations, so much so that they felt these transgressions were unacceptable and caused a risk to their criminal organization.

The leader of a faction may choose to place hits on members of their own faction if they feel the person is a detriment or a harm to them, it's just a risk you take when joining a gang of criminals and murderers. As such the pk itself is valid.
