What is your motivation/reason for applying?: *I have seen issues on the server gone unnoticed by staff members and it always makes me angry for myself but also for other people who cant enjoy the server because of people who break the rules. That's not to say that the current staff team is bad it is just to say that there are so many people who break the rules and ruin the experience for others that another staff member on duty would make for a safer and more fun server. I also really enjoy the server when it is at its best, there are always almost 100 people on and the RP is amazing. Its because of that that I want to help keep the server clean and well functioned.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: *I have been a staff member on many other servers in the past. I have a lot of experience dealing with a variety of situations between players and staff members. I also do not care who it is but if another staff member is abusing their power or is putting on a bad face for the staff team as a whole I'm totally fine with reporting them to a higher up or making them stop on my own. I am a very fast learner and I can give a perfect 100% unbiased verdict ands opinion in a staff sit. While I do know that there are other candidates who are good and fit for staff I believe I am the better pick based off of my experience, adaptiveness, and understanding.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I was Admin on Assorted gaming(4 weeks, server got shut down) Mythical Gaming(Senior Moderator for 2 months, server also shut down) and Mximl Gaming( I was Senior admin but the owner took the server in a bad direction and I left).
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: *I am pretty well known in the server because of my various Police Experiences and RP situations. I believe that I have a good reputation because of the way I talk to people and handle myself. I think that other members of the server like me but again, there are always people with issues. I have had hundreds of good experiences with other players and even staff and I think I am respectable. There are people who haven't even heard of me before because we've just never interacted.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If I saw it right in front of me then I would switch into admin and take the person to a roof and ask them why they did it. If there was no reason then I would check their previous warn history and ban history. If this was their first time I would give them a warn and let them go, if it was their 3rd or 4th warn of the day It would be a ban. This is assuming it was random. If the two were getting into a RP argument and one got murdered I wouldn't do anything until a ticket came through.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Go to a higher ranked admin than them and send a report along with some sort of proof their way. From then on they would take care of it, Unless the staff member did something right in front of you in which case you would confront them and record it.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I would tell them to stop and warn them that if they don't they will be warned or banned. If they kept going and it was ruining the experience for other players I would have to give the ban, and explain to them why it happened.
