What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * I just want do everything in my power to make this server a minge free zone. If I can do that then Diverge Networks will grow as a server and be known as a well respected community. I also Dont see many Central Time Zone staff members and I can be that staff member and just add to the list. I really enjoy being on this server, and I honestly think the server management has done a fantastic job so far with everything and I just want to be apart of it. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I have over 2,000 hours alone of Nutscript Garrys Mod, I've had so much experience being HOS, Server Owner, and much more. I know what you have to do to become a good staff member, i believe I hold all the characteristics of a good staff member, I just want to put my skills somewhere. I think that this server would be a perfect place for me to be a staff member. I just love helping people, I try my best to help anyone I come across and I just strive to be a good person and become the best person I can be. Being a staff member helps me be that good person, by either helping people or getting rid of people trying to ruin the experience for others.

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I believe I am well known in the community, I love having a good laugh and the other day I created George Lovings, an aspiring musician and had some good fun singing rock and roll at a bar. I enjoy the little things but I believe that most people see me as a person just trying make it in the community, I dont do anybody dirty and I stick to the rules mostly. So yes I would say im well respected within this wonderful community. I dont really know why someone wouldnt like me but everyone is entitled to their Opinion and I respect it completely. I enjoy everything about this server and also the good people in it so I believe everyone can handle being around me without disliking me .

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Switch to my staff character and check logs, then when i check the logs I will find out who did the RDM, and If they had previous counts of RDM i will ban them for 2 days, and if they dont have any previous warnings, I will issue them a warning and that would handle that.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Go to them directly and ask them politly to stop and if they dont, then i will report it to a higher staff member and let them handle it Accordingly.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I do my job as a staff member and stop them from ruining the others good times, I will bring them to a sit, and Ban them. So they understand that Diverge Networks wont stand for minging and RDM'ing.
