Ever since the start of car radios, I have been unable to actually use one.

I can hear them on other peoples cars, and someone can play a radio in my car.

But when I have a cassette and try using the radio nothing plays.

I have removed and re added the workshop packs, and I have restarted the server countlessly to no avail.
