Prop Limit

Add a role that allows more experienced and trusted builders to have bigger prop limits, im hitting prop limit a lot more when working on big projects.

Big dupes you would create would have to be spawned by ordinary people who wouldnt have that role.

This is not viable unfortunately. The prop limit is high enough already, if you have a ridiculous large dupe then just give parts to others to spawn.
