You're an extremely toxic and a huge minge. Extremely manipulative and bad for the server and abuses his staff abilities to get an IC advantage.  
Also, you have an extremely low play time, the fact you even got staff is hella suprising.

-1, minge and METAgaming all the time, and will use the faction as an obvious platform to abuse and break RP just to mess with other established factions

-1  Wasn't capable of following simple orders when in my faction, was involved in multiple instances that could've ruined faction relations, broke faction rules on numerous occasions, and was PKed out of the faction in the end. 

He does not seem capable of being a faction lead in the slightest. I have reached that conclusion after dealing with him over the past week, and if he were to be accepted we'd have another minge faction on our hands.
