What is your motivation/reason for applying?: *The motivation for me applying is again that over the day’s, I think I changed and I thinked very positively before making this application, and I wanted to do it again for the 3rd time, As I said before on my previous application, I like to be kind to people who are kind to me and I think people that are very kindful and respectful are at the 2nd Top Most Priority, I like this server to be safe and well, basically for example, minges, minges are not really respectful and they just want to mess around for the fun of it, I dont like em because they just mess around the whole time, RDMing people for no apparent reason. The server I would say no disrespect to the server or the community is a bit full of minges and NITRP’ers or anything like that. I want this server to be positive and not for people who just mess around the whole time. Again, I like to be kind to people and not be disrespectful to anyone, that is not something I do nor like. I like to be kind to people who are kind to me and that is to me is what respect is supposed to mean. I dont want to be staff to just say “Oh, I want to be staff just so I can just do whatever I want!”. No, I want to be staff because I have been motivated from actual nice staff members that treat me with the most respect and just not mess around. My main reason for applying is that it has been my biggest dream to become a staff member for this server and I want to help people out from tickets and such and get rid of minge's or any kind of rulebreakers to help the server better, making things fun and great to the network itself. Even though it is a bit hard to have a position that much, I dedicate everything for this position, and I would love to become a staff member for this server. The Server is really great and it would be very great for me to become a staff member and help people with everything they need. Also, yes, I am a Kid and I shouldn't be a staff member for that but I dont think that’s true, Kid Staff Members are very kind and respectful too, some, I mean, they can be power-hungry and all of that, if you don’t know what I mean, You can search up Power-Hungry GMOD admin kid’s on YouTube and you’ll see what I mean. People also doubt me for this position, but I dont let them keep my guard down because I have faith in myself. I believe in myself for this position and that is what's important, people are sometimes not like that, that is not really okay. Like some people say, "Age dosent state a badge in you're maturity." And I believe in that quote very much. I can see myself capable as any staff member. I understand that being a staff member would have great responsibilities like ticket handling. I have been nervous for a long time, I think this is my time to shine. If I get denied, at least I have tried my best and till will be my last application if so will get denied.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: *I should be considered over candidates because like I said in my previous app, I like to be very respectful to staff members and I like to treat them with the most honest respect and the dignity they deserve for helping the community greatly. Also, I have knowledge about communities like Superior Server’s and they’re kind of staff members. Prior Knowledge, to me is thinking greatly and all-knowing and knowing what’s happening and actually being smart. Respect is most important to me, and it should be to all people, it’s true that if you be kind to others, others will be kind to you. I like to be very grateful to others so they can respect me, so I can respect people back. That is what get’s ahead and that is what is most important. People need to act mature and I think I can set that straight even. As a underage person it's hard in GMOD Communities, people cyberbully and everything like that, it's not cool and I think I might be the 2nd Underage Moderator in a while, want to make a change is what I mean.

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I haven't been banned on any server that connects with Diverge.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: *Like I said in my other app, im not too known, but I am known, people see me as a Detective or a Midget Oil Man or even a Firearms Regulator. People still know me as whom I am, I treat people who come to me respectfully and honestly, I even call people sir most of the time because that is what respect is really for. When people see me, I say “Hi Sir! Oil?!” on my Oil Character, as a detective however I say, “Hello, how’s you’re day going?”. Honesty is really respectful, I don't like lying to people, that is what I do not allow ever. The reputation I have isn't really damning is what I am trying to say, It’s all honesty and respect. My reputation isn't bad overall, it's just that I have to meet more people and such and they get to know me. Personality depends on you're characteristic's, it's what you're actions can depend on like a choice.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Like I said before, I would go to my Staff Character, and I would put them to a sit and tell them that they cannot do that, then I would have to do something, if he/she is new I would give them a warning. If he or she is not new or shall I say experienced, I would have to give the person a punishment, (Ban for 30 or 20 Minutes).
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Like I said before simply, I would use a recording device and record it to a higher staff member that can take over and take action.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: Like I said before, I would tell them that, "I am sorry but, I will have to give you a punishment because just because you're my friend dosen't mean I'll let you off the hook. I am sorry but I will have to give you a punishment and let you read the rules." Then after that, I would have to ban him for 4 Hours.” If he dosent like that then he can just get it over because it isnt that serious and he/she should know that.
