Why should you be unbanned?  So the night started off when I joined the Diverge Networks Mafia Roleplay server. I was just playing normally, roleplaying around on my character. I didn't have much money as it was a new character, and I was just talking with the players and networking. After a good hour of playing, I got kicked from the server for no reason (admitted by the admin who banned me). This angered me slightly, and I made a ticket after loading into the server a second time. An admin took my ticket, and admitted to me that it was an accident and that me meant to kick another player. I told him I had very little money and wanted compensation for the ammo I lost from being kicked. He told me I never had any ammo, but I disagreed with him as I thought I remembered loading up some ammo into my gun before being kicked, which would have caused me to lose my ammo, and due to my lack of funds, I would have been unable to replenish my stock. The disagreement turned into a heated argument between me and the admin, and I gave up on trying to get compensated from the sit. I requested to be returned, but the admin would not return me. I loaded some leftover ammo into my gun and started shooting into the roof of the building we were standing on. I started shooting into the ground beneath us, not at anyone, but at the ground out of frustration. The admin noticed a group of players next to where I was shooting and assumed I was trying to kill them. He didn't give me a chance to defend myself and just accused me of Mass RDM after freezing me with his physgun. I was banned shortly after. I apologize for being difficult, but I never intended to kill anyone, nor did I. It was just an assumption. I guess the admin assumed I was lying about the ammo, an I am sorry if I made a mistake about the ammo, but at the time and to this day I do believe that I had ammo that I lost from the false kick. I know it doesn't sound like much, but please remember that I was very poor in game and needed the ammo for my gun. I would love to RP on this community as it is the best Mafia RP on Gmod right now, and lots of my friends are playing on this server. I would love to play and contribute to the roleplay of this community as I once did before my ban. You can check my record, I have little to know punishments despite my many hours on the server. Thank you for your time, please consider unbanning me so that I make play with my friends on this community.

I actually remember this situation! Unfortunately I deleted the video a while ago.

Many reported you for MassRDMing and I pull you into a sit to question you. On the rooftop we were on there was a group of people below us whilst we were in the sit. I tab out to check logs and I see you start walking to the edge, look at the group, and then you pull out your weapon and start shooting the group for no reason. I checked your prior bans and you have had 2 MassRDM bans before, with a decently sized ban history.
