Why should you be unPK'd?:


I was informed shortly after the admin PK'd me that any violent confrontation with the police can result in a PK if the officer chooses to pursue it. Up until that point I was not aware that situations like that can result in PK, but since then the admin was kind enough to show me the PK rules and now I am aware.

This is my one and only character and I have put a lot of time into it, if I was aware of these PK rules I would have been a bit more careful. I am hoping for some leniency because I usually don't have much time to play but this week that I've had a lot of time off I've invested into playing on the server.

Hello, I was your PK'ing admin. 

You were pk'd for starting a violent confrontation with a police officer and dying. Despite the fact you may have not known, rules still apply to you. I believe it is justified, but as stated it is to the leniency of any Upper Administration to UNPK you. If your appeal is accepted, I believe you should be more careful and maybe familiarize yourself with the rules. As you agree to the rules once you connect to the server according to the rule guideline.

I believe you're truly sorry. However, ignorance to the guidelines/rules is not at fault to us. While we do help some comprehend them, it is up to you to take the initiative to read them yourself.
