Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I understand the reason I killed the guy might have not been right but at the time I thought that the man was interfering with an investigation too much I'm sorry.

Why should you be unbanned?
The guy stepped on a dead body mid investigation twice and the first time I warned him about the fact he will be killed if he steps on the body again before he did it the second time the admin in OOC literally said stop minging at city hall and the guy stepped on the body again so I killed him.

You know what i completely understand I'm looking back at it now I'm definitely in the wrong today and i guess this past week I've been stressed out of my mind so i took it out on anything that ticked me off like said minges running on a dead guy that just killed himself sorry.

You RDMed two civs in front of three staff while PD investigated a suicide. There was no reason to, no excuse, no RP. You were banned for it. Pretty cut and dry.
