Name of Character: Mike Brown SteamID: STEAM_0:0:537580088 Date of PK: 6/28/2022 Reason for PK:Killed by police in gunfight Why should you be unPK'd?: "This does not apply if the Officer initiates the gun fire or escalates the situation to violence" it was not a violent situation to begin with, I was doorkicked out of my car for no good reason, they then saw the gun on my back and begin to chase me, the police turned the situation violent by shooting at me simply for fleeing, I defended myself but was killed by the detective. I was told fearrp played a role in this but I was far away from the officer with the gun the entire time ,I was obviously able to escape. I was not close to him until he begin shooting at me which at that point I had to defend myself, I saw him reloading his revolver and assumed that he would shoot me more

[Rem]

The person who was PKed ignored PD's attempt to make an arrest with tasers. The person was told multiple times to stop and later was told he would be shot in the legs. The person had multiple chances to give himself up, but chose to shoot the police instead once they couldn't escape.
