How much time can you realistically dedicate to moderating?: I don't use the majority of my time on the server doing anything particularly important, so while I wait for shipments (which is really, most of the time) I can take staff tickets. I don't always prioritize shipments, and if something takes a long time, I can deal with it.
Have you read the rules?: Yes, I have read the rules extensively, including those on PKs, muggings and criminal situations in general.
Do you have a working microphone?: Yes.
Do you acknowledge that you must attend all staff meetings (Unless you have stated why you cannot beforehand): I do.
Are you familiarized with SAM and/or Nutscript commands?: Very, I have extensive experience with Nutscript.
Do you acknowledge that lying on this application will result in immediate denial and blacklisting from staff?: I do.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * The primary reason, is that if I have nothing to do, icly, I can certainly help other people do what they need to do. I also enjoy rationalizing situations between players, because I'm a fairly neutral person. I don't have true or mortal enemies, and I see things business-wise. I also enjoy helping new players around, as there was not always that kind of help when I needed it. Additionally, I don't like seeing admin calls go unanswered by other players, so I can take tickets that are undesired or unnoticed.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: *I'm sure there are other people who can do close, the same or exceptional in comparison to me. I just have the time to spare, really, and I don't have much else to do. I also miss the staff experience from the other servers I have staffed. I was fairly appreciated there, and I'd like people to appreciate me here, too, even if there are disputes.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): I used to be a moderator on Stalhelm (Soviet), 1920's Weimar RP and on New Vegas RP. All of which, used Nutscript. I am fairly familiar with its layout, and I recognize its abilities. I know how to replace someone's weapons during a incident that cost them, and I can mediate whether or not a situation is fair. I am versed in loopholes, so I know how to negate them, such as unfair reasons to kill, unfair PKs and unfair violent situations in general.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Yes, I have, for LTARP, assuming I was either being arrested or left during a mugging, but it has not specified, and so I cannot know.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: *
I would say I am well known, but a lot of people are mistaken in believing I am a troll. That is only on first sight, I really do treat this server seriously, and the fun aspects are serious. I do a silly voice, which makes people laugh, but it never goes into trolling. I do not troll, nor minge. I am known to be fair, and I don't kill left and right, nor am I a trigger happy person in general. I spend most of my free time annoying the cops, who often get into car chases with me. I never LTAP, LTARP or anything of that sort. The people of this community also see me as a comic relief. They almost never expect me to act the way I do, in the manner I do, and often times I am used as an intimidating member. Spooky!

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would catch at least two or three clips, and ask people who report to give me clips. I can then use the clips in a staff report against this person, and await action.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: It is painfully obvious that I must punish this person for each and every infringement reported against them; I cannot hold bias, and I would not risk losing the trust invested in me over a personal matter that would otherwise turn the tides against the victims. It is not fair, and it is not fun.
