Reason for appeal (dispute/apology):So what happen i have shootout with some ppl that work in gun store i died, after my death i was looking for my freind, i did go to church area and after that i went to japanese store but i didnt go near of gun store and also i didnt talk with people that killed me , its was there  were i get killed "close to japanese store" ,i called staff for rdm he explain for me that church and jap store consider same area were i died so it consider breaking nlr

Why should you be unbanned? tbh i didnt know that church and japanese store gonna be consider the same area, i assumed it gonna be only gun store sorry about this one

You went to the gun store with a group of friends and the guys claimed y'all were minging, you guys pulled out guns on the dudes and tried to kill them and you got sent to the hospital during the shootout. 2 minutes later to come back to the area, they see that your back and they send you to the hospital again because they don't want you near there property. You then make a ticket claiming abt RDM when you broke NLR. You lied saying that you didn't go back to the area when it shows in your clip that you was just on the other side of the street. I went through logs and pulled the first guy that killed you and talked to him getting his POV on the incident, he claimed that the group you were with were minging, and you guys pulled out guns on them, trying to kill them. I explained to you the rules of NLR and even sent the rule of NLR in chat, once you get sent to the hospital you do not remember anything that has happened in the last 15 minutes on that character, you went back to catch eyes on your buddy. "i was looking for my friend"

as I said in the appeal, I assumed that I must not return to a gun store and not talk with ppl, that  how I  understand nlr and I apologize for my misunderstanding to nlr rule in the appeal, and also I didn't lie I told u that I went to the church and Japanese store but didn't go to the gun store, the same clip I post in the appeal is the  same one I give you

When under NLR avoid going to the general area as well. This is also detailed in the rule:

- You MUST follow NLR after every death. You will not remember anything from the last 15 minutes before your last death in RP. Nor can you return to the same RP situation.. You are not actually dead unless it's a PK and is otherwise put in the hospital and will recover.
- The radius or size of the NLR can vary but generally it means do not return to the same building / area you were killed. Do not loiter just outside the area and do not go seek the same players to create another situation. Do not spawn and take the exact same route to find them either. Attempting to abuse the NLR system or skirt around the rule is not permitted.
