What is your motivation/reason for applying?: *
I have dedicated a lot of my time to this server making an effort to play at least a couple hours a day. I have been involved within this community for a few months now often taking little to no breaks. After a few months of playing I have finally taken the decision to apply for staff because it is my goal to help new and old players with their experience in this server. I would like to give players a unique, fair and fun experience in this server and I truly believe I can accomplish this with the other staff. One of the other big motivators for me is late nights, there is often little to no staff on during late nights and I am talking like 1 am - 3 am especially on school nights, however there is some staff members that I do see on during these times. However I am usually on from the evening to late night. (Around 4 pm to like 2 am-3 am.)
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:
A lot of staff members come and go, I am here for the long haul. Although I am not familiar with nutscript/SAM commands I do have the motivation to learn and it won't take me long to catch on. I believe I am a fair and reasonable person and that is what a good candidate should have when thinking of applying to this server. As a staff member you need to be able to interact with the community, if you are kept to yourself then you really won't get to know how the server runs or how the players feel.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): None.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I would say there is a few players within the community that know me but I wouldn't say "well known", personally I don't think I have a negative reputation.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:
I would switch to my staff character, take the ticket and gather the evidence from the reporting party and bring the person to the sit asking them their side of the story, I would make sure the guy is not an repeat offender and deal out the proper punishment based off his behavior, and PO'S.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable.
I would start off with getting as much evidence evidence as I can until it's enough to bring to a higher staff member, I would contact said higher staff member to inform them of the rule breakings conducted by the staff in question and present the evidence for them to handle.
What do you do?:
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?:
I would treat them like any other player and make sure they know they aren't above anyone or have special permission, they are just like any other player in this server and they should consider their actions and read over the rules before breaking them. Actions have consequences and whether your a friend or not you will receive the proper consequences for breaking rules.
