Faction/Shared Bank Accounts

The feature of shared bank accounts, (An bank account in which multiple people can withdraw/deposit money/items) should be added. If possible, maybe certain flags could give you permission to do things such as actually view the account, withdraw money from the account, etc. It would certainly add more to banking RP, it could be another paid plan besides the premium account and would be convenient for factions and government factions to use as well. Multiple issues I've seen in MP (Don't know if it'll be the same here) is that PD never got their budget or pay, and this could be a way to solve it, where people with specific permissions are able to distribute the respective amount of money that is needed. It could be pretty difficult to code, but I think it would be a cool feature to see. What do you guys think?

I like this idea, but it seems like a lot of time and effort for a system that is currently pretty flawed. We plan to have the banking system completely remade at some point, and we may incorporate this concept when we do.
