I genuinely don't know why I was banned

I said "come to town hall to pay for server to be fixed" while the server was at 1000 ping. It was literally just a joke because the server was completely unplayable. It's a little annoying that I get banned for making a joke while the server was lagging. If I did anything else wrong please let me know as I didn't realize saying a joke was against the server rules. I have zero prior warnings and wasn't brought to an admin sit so im just a little confused.
