What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I wanted to apply for staff because I get a lot of help from staff members and I decided that I could also help them, I like this server and I see quite a few minges and low quality players more often then I would like to admit. And overall I just like being someone who can help and provide the players with better experiences by cutting down on the amount of minges and hosting events.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I believe in my ability to contribute to the server, and it's players. I am also quite familiar with this server and the players I believe there would be a few players would want to see me as staff and further bettering the server. I also enjoy helping new players out in whatever it is they wanna pursuit in the server, if it's being a police officer or joining the criminal underbelly of new york I tell them what they need to do and the possibilities for them. And as mentioned I am quite active and I am on when staff are needed most ex: 2am and I believe in myself to make people think twice before breaking the rules.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Yes gaming light back in 2020 i made it to the rank of senior mod i was there like 6 months? And then defcon, i was a mod for a few months.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Prometheus, i got a week ban for LTAP (it was fair I cant argue it)
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I wouldn't say I am "well known" But if you say one of my chars name someone would have heard of me.
Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: None.

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would put something in staff chat because from previous staff roles we couldn't take our own sits, so i would let other staff know that there could be an RDMer going around and if someone could just keep an eye on them. If get a break from dealing with RP situations, or I wasn't in one to begin with I would watch the player and see if they continue to break rules if they don't no big deal. If they for some reason target me again and i get RDMed I would pull them and be like "hey, why are you doing this?" and tell them the rules and whatnot.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I don't usually take things to heart but if they became annoying it's just all the time, I would capture clips and evidence and provide it to someone of a higher rank than us most likely admins or UA. But i hope that staff respect each other and I would never have to deal with this.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: If they were my friend they wouldn't be fucking around in a server i am a mod on, but I would explain the rules and if they kept doing it I would have no choice but to ban them. 1 guy over 80-100 players is an easy choice to make. If they throw a hissy fit about it that's their fault tbh
