Organization Backstory (Min. of 250+ Words & any images): In 1921, a young Irish boy named Seamus O'Malley, the son of a poor Shoemaker and a Handicapped Mother, decided to leave a life of poverty behind and move to Boston. During the height of Prohibition and speakeasies in America,, Seamus hopped at the opportunity . He started a street gang that exported Alcohol and Liquor to different underground bars around Boston. After a little while, he used the gangs funds to start their own bar, and they soon had a monopoly on illegally selling and exporting alcohol and liquor. His group grew from 5 young boys in a rag-tag street gang to a 104 member organized crime syndicate. Seamus ran his group successfully until he grew old, and his eldest son, Samuel took over. Samuel was not the smartest, but he had integrity. Soon after he took over, his younger brother, Max started participating. Until 1984, Sam and Max ran Boston when Max was just 24. After a botched job where some associates were getting a drug shipment off of a plane, they were held up by DEA and FBI who got them to flip and give information on the Family. Sam was federally indicted, but there was not enough information or evidence against Max. The Family was disbanded and Max fled to New York, Max laid low in New York, working city maintenance and living off of the rest of the money he made. In October of 1987, Max was fired from the City of New York. Max had been tired of the life of mediocrity anyways. He had seen mob life in New York and how much money was in it. He decided to revamp the Family together and capitalize on the drug trade, specifically Cocaine and become the top dogs of the NYC Crime world.

Would be good to have more Irish involvement but -1 from me.

I have broken down the pros and cons of your application below, but ultimately - I believe your play time is much too low to really gauge the responsibility of running a faction, and you have multiple warnings and bans.
