Reason for PK: Asked to leave an organization

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?:

I asked to be relieved as a columbo family member, they told me to stick around for a few days and see how I like it more, then if I still wanted to leave, they would let me. I agreed because that was fair and walked out of the room they held me in. Out on the street a few minutes later in front of a casino I got pk'd. Mod told me that it was against the rules for them to do that and that I should definitely file an appeal, because they never kicked me out of the family. Zvirapor was super helpful and said that he would +1 me. 

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: I don't have any, sorry.

Once you join a Crime family, you get a message on screen that displays the risk of joining that said crime family. You can't just up and leave like you did without any consequences. Me personally, I'll continue to watch this appeal. But honestly, I believe the PK is just. That is my short unbiased opinion.

Yeah I told you that was fair that you would let me stick around for a bit. I agreed to that, then I got whacked. So that was a bit of a straight up lie. Mod told me that that was not fair to me. I told both of you guys in the room that I didn't want any hard feelings, and hadn't been able to play. You could have held up your end of the bargain like you said you would. Whatever happens though I guess.

YOU offered a fair deal, I took it, then you spat in my face. Real men keep their word.

He was not new, he stated he had just come back from a break from the server, also the PK was not my choice, before you reply get the facts straight.

I myself do not know due to the fact that he was not in the new discord because he took a year break from the server as was mentioned, however I'd estimate associate-senior associate, either way associates gets access to our vendor which means he would have IC knowledge about our coke racket and gun racket.

Nothing here is enough for a pk the guy was barely a part of the faction and left months ago if you really cared you could have ordered it then, then when he came back and asked if it is possible to leave, he was pked for just that which is very harsh, PKs are meant to be a last resort this wasn't. With the unpk his involvement with the faction is voided neither side can use anything that happened.
