What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * I personally like to help on any server that I'm on. I enjoy playing on the server and I feel with good staff gets us good RP. I know 2 or 3 other staff members or have talked to them. I personally like this server so I want to be able to help. I want to be able to enhance the RP of players by being staff.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I got a lot of staff experience. I also got real life experience by serving in the United States Marine Corps so I have leadership experience in that aspect. I am able to be on a lot when other staff members are not on due to me being a Disabled Veteran. I am able to be on due to my age more than others. I also have supported the server by being a donator.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): D3vine Dark RP (9 months) IceFuse (over 2 years) Superior Servers (5 Months), Monolith Dark RP (4 Months), Sleepy Networks (9 Months)
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No. Only gotten in 1 sit for RDM which it was dropped.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: *I am on like 8-10 hours a day. I am known in the family that I am in very well. I always work at my place so I am known for being there. I also am constantly in sits due to me being able to clip stuff to help out people. The members in my Family love me.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would first clip it, 2nd get ahold of another staff member to do the sit and treat the person as if I was just a regular player.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would ask them to stop and if they don't I would clip what they are doing and turn it in to the appropriate person.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: First I would talk to them and try to get them to stop. If they don't stop they would get punished like anyone else because thats how it should be.
