You are now saying that he pointed a gun at you and then you heard gunshots. So, did he shoot at you or did you hear then and assume they were directed at you?

You are now saying that he pointed a gun at you and then you heard gunshots. So, did he shoot at you or did you hear then and assume they were directed at you?

I wasn't looking at him so I'm pretty certain he was shooting my point is even if he didn't hit me, I was still in danger for my life for no apparent reason.

From looking into this I do not see any problems with the PK a cop pointing a gun at you is not them initiating but you purposely running one over and then shooting at their body is, so when the cop killed you after seeing you do this it was a PK
