Reason for blacklist (if given): Prop Abuse, my friend joined the server and I began flipping cars from a rooftop, (This was probably a month before I got perm banned)

Why should they be returned?: I do understand what I've done wrong and reasons to why are listed in my Perm ban appeal, but I know if I do get my flags back they will not be abused and I will use them to benefit RP and not to... fling cars...
