theatre... take one warehouse and decorate it as a theatre...

so faction can hire actors..and actresses

so all faction can have all shares of the tax money...

cops there too to grab SIN ids to qualify for acting

more jobs for cops

more jobs for other non faction

more money for good citizens

immigrants who want to feel the excitement of new york life

and more money while not on faction yet

then the suits comes in

like a invading zombies like "the strain" series...with the paramedics... blood donations.. and maybe "zombieland" era for kids
