Reason for PK: Allegedly leaving a family without permission"

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?:

1. As stated in the PK Guidelines:"If they have left the gang/family without approval from the leader, while holding the position of made man+ (or appropriate equivalent), they may be subject to a PK. Entry level associates who are not made or deeply committed to the organization may leave without harm as their position is low and they know very little. (Security, waiters, doormen, drivers, etc) <You will be asked to provide evidence of rank> This does not apply if they have partaken in criminal actions, drug manufacturing/murder/robbery/etc. (However these actions may have to be proven). Generally under most don's orders."It states that we may leave as entry level associates which I was when I left the Diamond Syndicate without being harmed, I also didn't involve myself in drug production, murder, or robbery. Meaning they had no reason whatsoever to PK me. What makes this worse is that they didn't tell the staff member overwatching that I was an associate at the time. And in the promotion logs into the pager it fails to show that I was promoted to anything abouve a associate meaning that I was able to leave without any disturbances.

Hey! I'm the person that put the orders out on you. As you said yourself, the rules state "This does not apply if they have partaken in criminal actions, drug manufacturing/murder/robbery/etc." Paying kick ups is a criminal action. You have also received M from our NPC, another criminal action. Following what the rules said, "they know very little", the position you was in allowed you to know what our racket is and who we sell too. You had also attended a meeting with the top three where many illegal ventures where discussed, meaning you would have with out a doubt have known info that could have hurt our faction if it had gotten out.
