Remove Color Changing Text

Remove text changing color each time I whisper in another language or speak in another language and sometimes it makes it hard to see, just make the text like this:

Normal: Default GMod text color
Yelling: Same as normal but lighter
Whispering: Same as normal but darker

It just makes it easier
Keep radio text the same
