PK Appeal Format
Below is the format that you must followed when making a PK appeal, you must copy all sections and fill them out in detail.
Rules:
You may only make one appeal per PK, if you are denied you will be unable to appeal for that character again.
You must appeal within one week of your character being PK'd, appeals posted after this time will be automatically denied.
You may only comment on an appeal if you were DIRECTLY involved with the situation leading up to the PK. Replies that are not relevant to the situation will result in a forum warning and/or ban.
You must follow the provided template for the appeal, failure to do so will result in an instant denial.
Name of Character: Adam Castellano

Date of PK: 3/12/21
Reason for PK: War-related conflict
Why should you be unPK'd?: After the event, there was no direct proof that it was me at all. After I killed the person, I walked away. There was a large time gap for my killer to assume it was anyone within the vicinity. Even then there was a person with a firearm who could've easily been the shooter instead of me. There was no direct proof of the shooter knowing it could have been me. My face was facing away from everyone so there is no possible way he knows it was me directly.
EDIT: It was just found out by staff that my killer was apart of the crows who was not only alting, but a group known for exploiting. It was clear metagame for them to know my location as the only person that could've was killed. Furthermore the person that killed me was apart of the Crows who were unofficial party in the war disguised in the Clemente Faction as well as known hackers and exploiters. There leader LA Ventana was perma banned for that very reason
