What flags were blacklisted from you?: Building using Physgun, ADV dulpli, Permanent VIP tools

Reason for blacklist: Prop surf x3

Why they should be returned?: 
Out of the three consecutive times I was warned I was never once told that in fact my VIP tools would be taken away if I do prop surf I admit I was prop surfing but was never told my 'Permanent' tools would be taken away also considering It was permanent purchase that can't be refunded I like to point out I wasn't given any rules or any link that points out how prop surf was considered misuse I was told that it is a 'no no' by Cajun and Milk Man previously that 'no doing that that's a warn' which was understandable, I asked for what would be the punishment if I did continued but on the contrary never told(These two previous warns happened on a different character of mine that got PKED) , I heard of prop spam prop block prop kill and figured that it's common sense that's what they mean by misuse but then again there's no link in VIP purchase to read the Terms of Service that explicitly says Prop surf is considered Misuse of Blacklisted Tools,  I feel my punishment wasn't justified in the manner I was subjected to ,a punishment I had no adhering of before or after my previous warns I'm a dedicated player on this server I'd say a good amount of information is not stated in a manner that will be more applicable for players of this server.

Of which we obviously consider breaking these prop rules to be a misuse of the prop tool.
