Date of PK: 4/6/2021

Reason for PK: Told "Killed in a shooting by armed gunmen"

Why should you be unPK'd?: I was currently not in the game at the time. I was afk sitting in the town hall while I went to go eat dinner and I came back to my character being banned. I was not at all aware of how it happened and only knew how I got PKd by third parties who only saw the pk message as well as an admin that was on at the time who did not witness it himself either. I would have been ok with the PK if they waited until I got back and if I were there to witness it and RP with it but I was not.

Hello I'm the admin who pk'd you. I was told by Ultra this was an approved event and I was only told to overview it. Initially I was waiting around for you to come back for over 20 minutes but you never did. At which point it was unfair to the other party to be waiting so long. So I let them carry our the pk. Also being afk is still not a excuse to avoid being pk'd. Hopefully you can understand what happened and why I did it.

AFK doesn't exist IC. If you choose to go AFK, then switch characters, go to a safer place, disconnect or something. You and your character are still IC, regardless of whether you are at your computer or not.
