Why should you be unPK'd?: I saw a man in a basketball jersey shooting down the street(who turned out to be a fed), then turned to me and my colleague. He told us to put our hands up without showing any sort of badge or identification. I believed him to be robbing us so I took the initiative and shot first. Following that, I holstered my weapon and walked into the diner parking lot where I got hit with a stray bullet and dropped to the ground to try to heal then another undercover walked up to me and executed me. I believe this is unfair because these officers didn’t identify themselves, nor did they even make an attempt arresting me when i was wounded, unarmed and on the ground.

Hello, I am the staff member that PK'd you. The reason I accepted the pk was due to the fact I was shown a video where you pulled a gun out while under gunpoint. You then shot the guy and you were then promptly shot.

As per the rules in some situations if the user shows a clear disregard for their own life and safety they can be subject to a pk. In this instance pulling a weapon on Armed Federal Agents attempting to detain you. The player understood the risks of being detained/kidnapped and make the conscious decision to 'break Fearrp' or in this circumstance take the risk attempting to escape.
