Reason for ban: Mass RDM x4. NLR using a dead guys info.

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I didn't break any rules, staff member lied in sit (Said someone made a report and that he wasnt part of the faction that was shot up, but the alleged person who reported me never came into the sit or didn't come with any input whatsoever) The staff member took his own ticket after his guys rdmed 2 of my friends.

Why should you be unbanned? I should be unbanned for 1. I didn't break any rules 2. I never broke nlr or used some dead guys info. I used my own info and I didn't die. The staff member said that I died when my friends and said I took 100 hp damage but logs showed that I took 24 damage and that I survived. Then I told my friend who died who shot him in rp after he came out the hospital. Then we prepared and hit them back. Afterwards one of the guys we shot (The don of cali) brought me to a sit and said I was getting banned. For sooooo many reason and they changed as I progressivly proved him wrong. First it was "ltap", then it was "nlr", then it was "nitrp and rdm", and now it's "using dead guys info and mass rdm". He keeps on lying and changing his stories up desperate to ban me because he lost guns. Which he demanded by threatening to pk my boss afterwards, even tho he died and it's nlr. If you guys in the UA staff team got any unclarities or questions feel free to ask me. And some of the people that witnessed or participated in this whole situation is C4#0004, Iceman#4408, ᴸᵃⁿᵉ#6327 and Only Salty#9249.

We prefered to handle this IC rather than just screaming for the admins

Why is a staff member a faction leader? I thought that it was not allowed and hasn't been for some years now.
I even asked Rem for help but he left it in "Bonito's" hands

So me and 2 of my friends are driving around. Me, Ace and C4. Me and C4 are sitting in the back seat while Ace is driving. We're just chilling rolling up bout to make some money.

Then out of nowhere as we're driving past the Cartel at the Hardware store bullets starts flying and C4 dies, Ace keeps driving but he eventually dies as well. Then I hop in the driver seat and I drive off. I return to the hospital and I pick up C4. I tell him about who shot him in character and we decide to retaliate. We park next to the city hall and we get our auto weapons from the ATM as we don't walk around with them. We drive to the hardware store and we scout the area, we decide to hit them from the Jewelry Store roof. So we climb up the ladder and get into position. We then get our guns out and we sit there for a minute looking for the guys who shot my friends and shot at us. We see them and we both start shooting at the same time. We're sitting there shooting for a good minute and a half. Afterwards C4 turns around to climb down from the roof where he gets shot. I try my best to kill the person who killed C4 but I die. As I get dropped the death sound keeps on repeating. I give it a good 30 seconds before I rejoin the server, when I rejoin the server it freezes again, I rejoin once more and it finally doesn't crash. (Keep in mind I crashed after I was killed and lost my weapon, the situation was over.)

After about 10 minutes I get brought to a sit. I ask him what the problem is and he tells me I'm getting banned for NLR and LTAP, I tell him what happened being as elaborate and calm as possible seeing as Bonito seemed very frustrated when he took the sit. I assumed he was apart of the situation which is why we was so upset. (He's the Cartel boss and lost some expensive weapons) after 10 minutes in the sit I find out he's the boss of the people we shot, as he is threatening my boss in discord dms with war if he doesn't kill me and C4 and compensates Bonito. Keep in mind Bonito died, this is NLR. And in Bonito's own word "You are not allowed to receive any information about the people that killed you even if it's from someone that survived".
Then after another 20 minutes of me explaining the situation he says that I'm getting banned for LTAP. Keep in mind when I crashed the situation was over and I rejoined right after. So we're in the sit, he has not brought the person he said made a staff ticket yet. And I finally manage to get him to understand that I didn't LTAP. He then starts yelling calling me all sorts of uncalled for things, for which I responded that there was no reason to insult me and that we both know that I'm not "A fucking retard". He screams on the top of his lungs something along the words of "Shut the fuck up or I'm going to ban you, you are getting banned for mass rdm". In the meantime I'm in a vc with my boss who is telling me about all the things he's getting called by Bonito in their dms. As I'm talking to Bonito I try to explain to him how he was the one to initiate violence by rdming two of my friends for no reason. Instead of just calling staff we decided to initiate some retaliation rp as described above. To which he responded to by banning me after he lost valuable items.

1) You broke NLR as you used information from a guy that had died ("STEAM_0:1:112310175 inflicted 31HP damage on  2021-05-22 18:23:08 to C4 v2 (STEAM_0:0:148794689) (Enzo 'Cash' Vollero) using a cw_kk_ins2_m1911 (DEAD)",

NLR Rules state "You MUST follow NLR after every death. You will not remember anything from the last 15 minutes before your last death in RP. Nor can you return to the same RP situation." 

You met up with your friend who had died, used his information of that RP situation five minutes later to the same area in which he died and upon return you proceeded to kill 4 people alongside him and someone else.

2) It is indeed RDM x4 as you shot up a forefront of a store killing four people that you did not know was related or associated in any way to the individual that killed your friend. I invite any member of staff to take a look at logs (STEAM_0:0:599448795 around 18:22:57 GMT+1 on 22/05/2021).

As far as LTAP goes, both you and your friend immediately disconnected from the server upon dying after committing RDM, but reconnected 10 mins later so I dropped that from your case.

As a matter of fact I did have a ticket, that I answered to on that time, there was several staff on who can attest to this. Rem let me handle the situation as I was already in a sit about the same situation therefore had a better understanding of what had happened during that time.

Please be more mindful of the rules when you return to the server, as no one is indifferent to them.

As stated previously. I never died. Which you claimed but you later admitted that I didn't die as you checked the logs. I used my own information as I car in the car with C4 and Ace when they got killed.
I shot the people who killed both of my friends. My friend C4 never killed anyone.

And please Bonito, don't try to tell me the rules of MafiaRP. I have been playing this game mode in my spare time for a little over 5 years now. I am very familiar with it's rules and customs.

And I urge your staff team to at the very least learn some human decency. I feel very disrespected by how comfortable your staff members are to calling me racial slurs and other insulting names. There should be no reason me as a white person should be called a "Ni**er" 15 times in a staff sit.

Your ban appeal has been reviewed and denied.

In regards to the part of attempting to bypass NLR by "In roleplay" tell your friend who killed him isn't allowed. Only you can return to that same spot and attempt to kill. They cannot go with you and then attack those people because they killed you. This is also technically baiting.
The radius or size of the NLR can vary but generally it means do not return to the same building / area you were killed. Do not loiter just outside the area and do not go seek the same players to create another situation until the timer has expired. Do not spawn and take the exact same route to find them either. Attempting to abuse the NLR system or skirt around the rule is not permitted.
