Additional Information (Players/staff directly involved, etc): (First video) First of all broke fearRP and switched chars after being chased by me and another officer. I make a staff ticket to which Mr. Penguin responded. Mr. Penguin brought him and offered instead of a warn or ban, just to continue RP. We both agreed, I arrested him IC and took him to the cells. This is when he leaves the game (2nd clip) and about 15 minutes later I make another ticket, (Mr. Penguin takes it again) and this guy literally was playing on another char. He claims his power went out, but decided to play on another char to try to avoid RP. Right before map change, I tell him that he better get on again and stop wasting my time, but he mouths off and says something along the lines of, "yeah, I don't think I will,". It is now 3:28, 28 minutes later after the map change, and he has yet to rejoin. He has ltarped 3 times consecutively, and I tried to be very patient with him but he continues to be a jerk and ltarp.
