Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): It has been about 6 months since my ban and I have missed playing MafiaRP ever since. Diverge has been the dominant server for quite a while now and there isn't really anything as enjoyable as MafiaRP for me. I understand that at the time of the ban I was a pretty big minge, I exploited the raiding rules to treat the server somewhat like darkrp, raiding and raiding, mugging and mugging. Obviously this isn't what MafiaRP is about and this obviously upset a lot of the community. If I was on the receiving end I would have been pissed too and 6 months ago my ban was 100% justified. I am sorry for my actions and I promise that pissing off the server was never my aim and I did spend a large portion of my time on the server roleplaying, my other character was in the Detectives bureau, I managed to climb to the rank of SGT. Playing as SPK was something that I would do whenever my friends were on as many of them were not within the NYPD and they didn't take the server too seriously. So I would hop on and use my SPK character to have a laugh with them at the expense of others.


Why should you be unbanned? SPK no longer exists and I haven't spoken to most of the other members in months therefore unbanning me would not mean SPK would return or anything like that, me and UncleJack are the only ex-members who are still invested into MafiaRP and UncleJack kept playing the server even after the rest of SPK were banned. UncleJack has no punishments and we would love to spend our time on the server once again, he has been playing in various factions and I would love to join him. Apart from my exile I only have one other ban. I would really appreciate a second chance and I am grateful that have I even been given the opportunity to appeal. Thanks for reading xx

J(one)M has changed his attitude towards roleplay, he sees roleplay as an opportunity on Garry's Mod instead of a privilege. He was an extremely serious on the Weimar Server Pendred developed on & Pendred has noticed that himself. J(one)M has really missed Diverge and noticed what he has done wrong and is asking for forgiveness and reconciliation with Pendred  .

It is clear in this appeal that J(one)M is sorry for his actions and would like to become a Diverge Mafia Roleplayer once again.

J1M is a great guy, who always showed dedication in gmod servers I played him with. Me, him, and other friends of ours did do a little trolling like in January, mugging around as citizens, getting banned and such. I was never banned, and around the 25h of March, I joined the Cali cartel. Even though the recent events with the cartel doesn't really add up to me being proud of my job in it, It's not like I went around and did fuck all. Jim was always talked about, mostly on when will he join us in the faction, but unfortunately, he is still permabanned. I assume this is why he also attempted to ban evade, to join us.

My point is, Jim isn't in the right in these situations. He got himself caught in occasions he shouldn't have been that resulted in his current state. Nowadays, seeing that the dust has pretty much settled and the "SPK" thingy isn't really a thing, with most people that we spoke with not on gmod anymore, I think It's fair for Jim to be unbanned or at least given a second shot. I believe things won't get sloppy and he doesn't have any mingery/malicious motives.

My first ban evasion attempt was just me being angry and bored, It was fairly recent to my ban and just me being and ignorant, I don't really remember much. My second ban evasion attempt was around the time
the cartel transferred from MP to Diverge. I felt a bit left out and wanted to play with UncleJack. My chances of ever being unbanned felt non-existent so I stupidly made a second attempt at ban evasion. I understand that neither of these explanations excuse my actions but I am sorry and there isn't really much else for me to say. The reason I did not mention the ban evasion attempts is because I honestly didn't remember them. I'm pretty sure I just took 5 minutes to make an account that I do not even know the name of for the first attempt and the second attempt I used a spare cs account that I don't even own just to try my luck. I am sorry for my actions and that's about all that I can really say, sorry

I would say, you've learned from your mistake and it's time you could come back, but trying to evade your ban is a tell tale sign that your moral compass just isn't is not align with our community values. I recommend you find another community. May you find more peace in another server that world than you found in this one.

J1M has seriously improved and changed his attitude. Even though he did attempt to evade his ban it was just out of anger as he said which is understandable as there is no other MRP communities to play on. He was influenced by a bad group of people but they are long gone now and i can tell he is ready to get back in the server and prove himself

As someone who has known J1m a couple years now, I do believe he has changed as I know he is very capable of doing so, I reckon unbanning him and just making it so if he is warned or banned over a certain period of time the perma would be reinstated is a good way for him to demonstrate this
