Reason for appeal (dispute/apology):
I was being corrupt so I was intending to roleplay so I seen these guys about to be arrested so I threw smoke then the cops were trying to arrest me so I starting running away from then to avoid being arrested as I didn’t want to get locked up then when they did get me in cuffs I got banned I was intending to roleplay as I was gonna RP getting arrested and stuff like I said I was being corrupt not minging 
Why should you be unbanned?
Because I was roleplaying with intent to be corrupt

Federal Agencies are meant to be non corrupt agents of the state. They are a higher, more disciplined and more elite breed of law enforcement, not easily bribable like a simple city cop. Federal agents deal with assignments around the country and are never on one mission long enough to even be close to corruptible. As such in order to minimize any meta or bias in Federal agencies if you hold a high rank in a criminal faction on a secondary character It says not meant to be though so the way that it is written in the rules I interoperated it as when it says not meant to that it was in the sense of most that time it does not happen but the wording the way I seen it it didn't flat out say no it just says there not meant to be as in that is not the intended purpose
