Reason for PK: Breaking of fearrp

Why should you be unPK'd?: I came back to my game after being afk for 5 mins or so and i see these 3 guys crowded around the car with guns, one of which i recognised from earlier on in the day killing some guy at pd for no real reason. I drove off and was gunned down, unaware they were trying to mug me as I had been gone when they initiated the rp. I think that my lack of awareness that a mug had been initiated should be a point in my favor.

Yeah, so I watched a clip of you very clearly breaking FearRP. The clip didn't really make it look as if you were AFk, but you did very clearly show you driving away while under gunpoint.

I can see your POV, but unfortunately being AFK does not exempt you from that.
It was not the player's fault that you were AFK in a RP area.

Also whoever is wearing that helmet with the cape should know that PAC is not allowed.
