Why should you be unPK'd?:
I believe I should be unPKed for two reasons, the first being that the player who PKed me had broken NLR to get involved in the situation. Prior to the situation occurring the player was killed a total of two times after he had began ramming me and my faction members cars. After being killed he straight up returned back to the previous location and began doing it again, returning to the situation both times. Below you can see the logs of me killing him. Now, him returning to the situation is what brought up the issue. I'll explain my side but I have also provided a video to showcase what had occurred.

Now, this situation began when the player began to ram my faction members cars, hitting them multiple times in some sort of attempt to VDM/Car Minge attempt. Now because I deemed it do be bodily harm I killed the player, ending him. This would create the first death log, the player returns less than 3 minutes later. Returning to the same area and violating the New Life Rules, repeating his previous actions because of this I kill him again. Note in the logs the time gap of only two minutes. From there me and my faction members resume roleplay and continue, the player goes away for a small gap of time. But returns and begins the same debacle of ramming into me and my factions members, as well as our vehicles (Logs seen below). His third time returning we fired upon him again, as we believed it was another attempt to kill us. From there the cops arrive after hearing the firefight take place, I explain to the cops why we were firing as to not get arrested for something we did not start.

Overall this PK seems rather sloppy, the player was killed two times before, with no roleplay. 2 NLRs and 3 lives the guy spent doing the same thing, although I can not say what he was doing exactly, ramming into a player and baiting them into a gun fight shouldn't be grounds for a PK.
