Reason for PK: Fail RP

Why should you be unPK'd?:

The guy accused me of doing Fail RP when he hopped out of my car and pulled out a gun and said stop. That is fear RP but the thing is i started driving my car off as soon as I saw him get out. I just thought I brought him to where he needed to go and started driving. I hear him say "Give me your hands as" I was already driving off. I was confused at first till I turned and got shot.

You broke FearRP, I was the one who had you PK'd. You should've stopped and roleplayed, not just drive off. You were sitting idle whenever I jumped out, then proceeded to drive off when I did it. Simple PK, learn to not break FearRP.

By idling I mean you didn’t start driving until I aimed a gun at you, you didn’t comply so you died. Simple.
