What is your motivation/reason for applying?: being in the GMT BST Time zone during the day the server is inactive which leads to minges and rulebreakers free to roam around as staff may not be on but telling you this I wish that I had the authority to tell them to read the rules as they may not be familiar with them.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I am active and I hope to help the team even further and try my best.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long):Yes Co owner for 3 years on Another game SCP:SL
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: Not really well known i have alot of people in the PD like me

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: Tell someone on duty and show them the clip if no one responds i should do it myself
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Get a clip and report this to an Admin+
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: Knowing it might ruin my friendship i must ban him and later proceed to explain that i had no choice and ask him to forgive me
